Township Calendar

Beginning June 8th, 2021 all Township meetings will be held in person.

The Kane County Supervisor of Assessments Office will mail assessment notices to all taxpayers that have had their assessment changed. This does NOT include properties where the assessment went up by the equalization factor. For 2021, our equalization factor is 1.96%.

The equalized assessed values will be published in the Kane County Chronicle. **Please note only assessments changed other than by the equalization factor will be published. Our equalization factor is 1.96% for 2021.

Last day to submit comparable information to the Township Assessor's Office. For more information on how to file and find comparables, please visit the Assessor page.

Last day to file a formal appeal to The Kane County Board of Review for the 2021 assessment year.
